Return Policy

KINDRED takes great pride in its customer support.  If there is a problem with your order and you wish to return it, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.  We want you to be happy with our products and service, and we will attempt to accommodate you as best we can.  This return policy may change without prior warning, however the revised policy will be immediately updated on our website.  Check the date at the end of the policy text. 

Avoid potential returns:

In order to avoid possible returns from the onset, we encourage you to select carefully before ordering.  To facilitate this process and
help you make a well informed choice, we provide color photos and descriptive text for all of our products and fabrics, as well as a detailed size chart and an alternate option to provide us with your exact measurements.  Colors may vary based on the interpretation of your computer monitor, however KINDRED is not responsible for inaccurate color matching based on the colors shown on your monitor.  If you have a question about an item, we invite you to contact us prior to making your purchase in order to ensure you are, in fact, ordering the desired product.  

Return an item:

If you have a problem with your order and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days after receiving your package. Please contact us first before attempting to return the package in order to ensure the policy is thoroughly explained in advance and the proper measures are taken.

For all legitimate returns, we will issue a full refund to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles upon receiving your completed return form (with reason for return) and corresponding package.  No restocking fees will be charged.

If you are returning an item due to an order error on our part, we will award you store credit in the amount of your return shipment costs.

If you are returning an item because you have simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

In either case, please comply with the following:

- Make sure items are in their original condition, uncut, unworn, unwashed.
- Do not return any items if it has been longer than 30 days.
- Do not return fabrics COD; package will be refused.
- Do not return final sale merchandise; its non-returnable status is clearly indicated in the online product description prior to purchasing.
- Do not return merchandise that was damaged due to improper care on your part; the item is rendered non-returnable.
